The Ugly Beats Spain Tour May-June 2023

The Ugly Beats have been making a glorious, 60s garage-fueled racket in their hometown of Austin, Texas and throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Spain for 
20 years. The band wound the clock back to 1966 before striking their first note in 2003 but over time has gone on to incorporate punk and power-pop influences along the way, and ultimately consider themselves to be fans of all great rock n roll music. A force to be reckoned with live, the Beats have also released five terrific records on Get Hip Recordings, “Bring on the Beats,” “Take a Stand with the Ugly Beats,” “MOTOR,” “Brand New Day” and “Stars Align.” The band is very excited for its first Spain trip in nearly a decade, and this tour will also feature original Beats’ guitar slinger Jake Garcia (now playing with The Black Angels).
